They do not care for customers at all.. customers have to wait for days for water delivery..how can a customer stat without water waiting for these idiots to deliver..They do not have the courtesy of picking up customer call..They are so many good water services in Bangalore.. please buy from them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saw a lot of negative comments, but my experience has been great. I was struggling with other service providers earlier, once I got in touch with these people, getting water delivered to my home got super easy. They do not overcharge. They delivery boys are good people. They deliver within the day, if not within a couple of hours. All I have to do is whatsApp them, "need water today", that's all it takes. I changed my address, went hassle free. After changing my address the delivery boys would go to my old address sometimes by mistake, but would call confirm and redeliver to my address without any issues. They were very polite with me. I have been taking water from them for almost 2yrs now. If they don't give me back my ₹200 deposit, I will happily let it go as tip for the awesome service they have been providing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivered water the first time, but could not even get them to respond the second time. After reading the reviews it seems like this is their entire business model. Absolutely terrible service.
EDIT - Bookmycan has responded to my review saying that phone calls were made to which I didn't respond. Nonsense. Attached is a screenshot of my whatsapp conversation with them, where they simply stopped responding to my queries.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not recommended. Better find any grocery shop nearby who has water cans stacked in the shop. He'll deliver faster as well as cheaper as compared to BookMyCan. Don't doubt the quality as most of them have same packaging, be it Bisleri or other brands. Also, if you want to terminate BookMyCan service, you'll get only half of your deposit money. Have given two star just because I got water can delivered on time only thrice (ofcourse with their high price) out of 20 orders.

They scam smaller customers (customers with only 1 can subscription) by first taking the deposit money with the promise of returning the 50% amount and when you end the subscription they will not return the deposit amount. Even they will not respond your calla and message also. They are cheaters.
