★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very worst handling of money exchange. Created an order 4th of Feb (INR to AUD) . Money debited instantly but didn’t credit in the beneficiary account as of now. When asked 1 week ago, they told that they have requested the bank for tracer copy but haven’t updated me about what is happening with the transfer though the order status shows as completed on Feb 9. Feeling very distressed even now and worried about the money sent. No prompt and proactive updates from the team so far with regards to the pending credit.
Still waiting for updates with burdened heart and thoughts with lots of stress. No relief yet.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor service and give out incorrect information to customers. I booked a sale order for 155 GBP at agreed upon rate after paying a refundable security deposit. On the day of order processing, they cancel the order by lying about the 50 pound paper notes not being valid anymore. These notes are valid well up to 30/09/2022.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently made an order with bookmyforex. I submitted all the required documents which were necessary at the time of booking and made a lock-in price payment. Later, I cancelled the booking because they have a policy of being present physically at the time of currency collection which I couldnot adhere to. I asked for the refund of my lockin price payment which got denied stating that cancellation policy doesnt give refund in this case.
It would have been better if this information could have been shared at the time of booking along with the required documents submission, so that I could have skipped the booking altogether. Not a great experience with them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely hated the customer service. They deliver your card quickly, but take ages to actually activate it for use. What's the point of delivery when you're not activating it before my travel?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Look elsewhere, sometimes they’ll process the order super quick, sometimes it will be weeks without any updates, they won’t even tell you if you need to do something to expedite it like providing additional documents. The documents they need are completely arbitrary and I’ve been asked to submit different things for literally making the same transaction on two different occasions. Even after the transaction is supposedly done I have to chase after them to give me a tracking id. Just not a consistent experience, seems almost like applying for a government grant

Poor service and give out incorrect information to customers. I booked a sale order for my school fee. The order was placed and no update was received for 5 days and after 5 days when I contacted them they told me that your order has been cancelled by an agent on his own without asking me. When asked them to cancel the refund request they want to apply the fresh rates now. Tried this service last year also and was good but this year it just became worse.
