★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really Bad experience.
The request for unload of Yes Bank Forex Card took more than 10 days even after repeated assurances by BookmyForex that the credit of money would happen in 2 days time. BookmyForex even sent me a mail that the order was "complete" when the amount was not credited.
Issue had to be escalated to the VP Compliance for resolution.
Even the cashback of Rs. 200 was issued after repeated reminders with no adherence to the timelines.
Surely there are better Forex vendors there who provide a hassle free service!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I booked my forex card from book my forex and got a call from DC Mumbai the following day . Within a few hours I got a call from the Dc Mumbai guy Mr. Vishal Murekar who got me my forex card . He was really well behaved and soft spoken .Since I wasn't at home , he very happily agreed to come to my new location to hand the card to me . It was a great experience and would recommend book my forex to anyone travelling as their services ( DC Mumbai ) is really good ?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Vishal was persuasive. He gave me a good rate. Card was delivered promptly. However Yes Bank card given did not have balance check facility on their ATM. We have to depend on a link provided which gives the customer jitters. Let's hope I do not have any problem in USA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Getting information took a lot of time and effort as they don't call/ don't respond to calls. Information about axis bank cards not stated in their website. They didn't load on time. They didn't load my card for 5 days. They wouldn't respond to my calls. No emails with updates. Finally I got it done directly from the bank. They give slightly better rates but it's not worth my peace of mind and most importantly if I hadn't gotten it done directly from the bank, I would travel without money. Maybe their service is better in tire 1 cities, but in Goa I had a really poor experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys, Bookmyforex is a complete scam. Before making my payment, I confirmed my documentation with there helpline and once my payment was done, their tone changed. My card was not approved and the reason was some petty issue by them. My entire money is stuck there and the customer service is extremely rude and say things like you should't have made the payment at the first place, I can't help you as it's your fault. However, everything was confirmed before hand. Highly recommend to not burn your money here!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fast service in Mumbai, made a booking @ 1pm and got currency delivered at doorstep the same day. The customer care is hard to reach but once you reach one - they are polite and all your questions and concerns are addressed.
