★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services. This is the effect of monopoly of these book stalls. I think govt should take strict action against such practices of entitlement of very few bookshops to sell books of particular schools. Long queues for books and payments. Moreover if you have to return a product or if you are unsatisfied with the quality of product they make faces like you have done a serious offence. They sell incomplete set of books and then you go round n round or call again n again to have rest of the books. Dear Mr seller please have some sense of responsibility as there is a god above us all.
