★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fraud people they are. I paid for a book in advance and I did not get any email/ sms regarding confirmation of my purchase. I talked to them over phone and they accepted their mistake and promised to send confirmation immediately. But no email or book yet.....

We have canceled your order due to lost in transit and another copy of book finished in our stock. So, we issued your refund and details mail to you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor Service!!! They Don"t care about there customers. I got my book after one month of buying. I contacted them almost 10 times for getting updates regarding my order. Also, After contacting them, they don't give updates on time. You have to again contact them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb customer service and well mannered also . The prices of books are cheap from market . if your book is not available in their stock so they can arrange from their side its taking time but its ok. i think its a good deal. you can buy books from booksmela. thanks

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 100% not genuine site. Ordered a Book on 3rd Feb-2018, didn't received the book till 12th Feb-2018. When I called them they say your order is cancelled due to inavailability of that particular book. If I would have not called them they won't let me know even for a year. Very POOR response. Please think twice before purchasing.. Now I'm doubt of the refund.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I ordered a book from this site(that time price of book was Rs.167.and edition:11).But after order I didn't get any information about shipment.so I contacted them( phone no.).She told me all copy of the book were sold out.And new price of the book was Rs335.So I asked for refund ,and on same day he initiate for refund.I got refund after two week.So On the basis of my experience it doesn't look like froud site.
Before order any things please confirm availability of product in their stock by contact no. Given.
