★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great to see new development, new bridges and nee elevators. One of the best railway station in Mumbai with all the amenities. Ticket counter on the east side could be improved more. Since it is Junction so you find more crowd compared to other station.

Still needs some improvements. Station has all required public facilities like escalators, lifts, stairs, connectivity Bridges and Hygienic Toilets. The station has help desk with good number of security people to handle crowd. Most of the time the station is Clean even after thousands of people traveling through the station.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very important railway station of Mumbai on western line. Now almost all long haul trains stop here. Good for passengers living in western Mumbai suburbs. Also same station of electric local trains of Mumbai western line. 10 platforms. Entries from east and west, dividing borivali into east and west part. Has been getting better by years. Still management could do so much in cleaning the station and the surroundings. The stench of using just doesn't seem to go. More toilets. Frequent cleaning might do the trick.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Borivali is one of the prime stations on Western line. Andheri is 15mins away from here by fast train. It is a junction for Express train leaving out of Maharashtra. If you are planning to get down at small station, it would be very difficult to catch the train in morning hours as they are very crowded.
Platform no.8,9,10 are for Express trains. Ample of eateries are present on each platform. Do try Vadapav at platform no.8.
Buses and autorickshaws are available outside the station.
It is pretty clean and huge. Have fun! ☺️☺️
