★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a nice outing place in heart of Bhavnagar town. The sunset on the lake, a shiva temple, small kids garden form a complete family outing. Worth spending a few hours in the evening. Avoid Sunday's due to heavy rush. A place where locals go for morning and evening walks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are so much beautiful place in bhavnagar but, Bortalav lake place is one of the most beautiful place in bhavnagar.
The parking area is also available on this area.
There is a beautiful jogging or running path is available in this area of 1 to 1.5km long.
Into the lake there are some island is located.
It's beautiful at the morning time peoples walking on the lake wall there are so much birds are flying at the morning time.
At this point we will see the half of area of bhavnagar city.
Such a good and beautiful place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to hangout with family and friends . Close to nature place with some kids playing area too it has a large lake and some scenes their you can capture great photographs . You can enjoy family picnic there. A place that close from City and close from nature .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is awesome, if you go alone or couple or in a group. The evening wind here is very relaxing. You can sit for hours it's so calm, you feel like you are in lap of nature.
There is a temple a park with good seating area
There are two public toilets here so u don't have to worry in case of nature's call.
Anyone visiting here must try local snacks served here
Like boiled corn, BHUNGARA BTATA, awesome spicy dish to try.
Visitors must bring bottle of water with them however water packets are available at stalls here
Parking is free so no need to worry.

It is also know as a BOR TALAV and spread area in about 380 Hector.
Its a very attractive place for visitors.
Near to this lake balvatika, musical fountain and boat house attract children's.
