So now Bosch will see great reputation loss if its service center remain at Dayal Motors, Agra

Having some sound problem in spension ,the company supervisor told us that repairing amount would be Aapprox 16-18 K for resolve problems i has paid fully billing amount to him but without chekup superior handover to me car. while problem has not been solved.My car bill was 15500 .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In December 2019, I have got my car full dented and painted along with front suspension, steering, brake and disc replacement work done after seeing their 4+ rating on Google.
The denting and painting work is of the worst quality. The paint started chipping off and cracking right at the time of delivery. I'm even sharing condition of the paint after just 1 year of use. The paint, putty, primer, etc. was of local quality and even the workers are not experienced. It is not only the fault of the local products used but of the local workmanship.
I started facing issues with braking and suspension after running only 8000 kms and got my car inspected from Heritage Honda and they told me local after market spare parts have been used in your car and you need to get your whole suspension replaced again. The same thing was told by two other workshops as well.
I have been charged for the spare parts equal to the OEM parts of Honda whereas local after market parts have been used.
They use local after market parts and when I had requested to gave my old spare parts the manager had denied the same and gave a excuse that they had thrown the old parts because they were of no use. Don't even know whether the old spare parts were damaged or they just changed them to increase the bill.
I had even many issues with them at the time of delivery because my music system stopped working and they expected me to pay for the repair of that too.
Spent 25,000 on mechanical repair for which I took bill and 25,000 in denting and painting.
I was even not paying around 10,000 from the 50,000 of work but ended up paying them that also which I regret now.
They don't even mention which brand spare parts they are using in their bill. Even the Part Number is not mentioned.
I would strongly recommend NOT to go and get your work done here at any cost which will include any type of work let it be denting and painting, mechanical work or general servicing.
