★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have purchased Bosch fron load washing machine from here. After searching at khosla & reliance digital finally I've decided to come here as they were not having the latest models. Very well product description is given here and fully satisfied with the product.
Just one issue is the delivery time. They had taken 3-4 days to deliver it, though it was intimated by them at the time of purchase. It should be minimized in order to achieve 10/10 score.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have a very bad experience . I bought one washing machine and drier from this store on 25th May 2020.
When I got delivery I noticed that the front glass has a crack.
Immediately I informed Devraj, who works in the show room. He assured me to replace the machine in 5 days , but till date I haven't received the replaced machine.
I have written e mail ,but till date not received any reply.

Boastfull commitment, but no real actions.
Once you've made the payment, you'll understand that you're at their mercy. Post payment, will come a series of disclaimers.
They charge for delivery in today's era.
Since Bosch/Siemens's will be providing after sales service, it's better to purchase online, than visiting them.

They are neither picking up the phone nor calling me back.They are people in this brand Shop Ashok, Suchita n sudipta Roy, No body responds for call. I think this shop doesn't have good reputation. I am feeling like trapped. BOSCH Customer service also worst. They don't respond to any mails or calls.

The onlyy problem was the route!
