BOSCO Refugee Assistance Programme A BOSCO UNHCR Initiative - New Delhi
BOSCO (BOSCO Organization for Social Concern and Operation), New Delhi is an implementing partner of UNHCR (United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees) for Refugee Assistance Programme. It has 3 centers around Delhi (Bhogal, Malviya Nagar and Vikaspuri).
BOSCO focus on assisting and serving refugee and asylum seeker from different nationalities. Services provides under this program are Health Service, Psychosocial Support, Education and Training Program, Livelihood Support, Youth Club and Community Mobilization.
Training Program provides an opportunity to refugees and asylum seekers residing in Delhi from different countries and offers English speaking and learning courses, Hindi speaking course, Basic and Advance Computer course and NIOS for class X and XII.
Training team also provides life skills session based on monthly theme, awareness sessions, various competitions and activities to give platform to the refugee and asylum seeker students in exploring their interest, skills and talents.
