★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently bought a chair from Bosq, and I must say that I am very impressed by the chair and the service that the company provided. I visited their store at Koramangala and met Ebin. He helped me understand the various products and their properties. What I liked with Bosq was that they were offering customizations to the products and were willing to hear out the customer's requirements. This was a big win, as I wanted a particular type of cushioning and upholstery.
I would strongly recomment to visit the place and have a chat with Ebin to know more and understand how they can help your requirements.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Office chair is mediocre and service is very slow. But only good thing is 3 years warranty.
Pros:
1. 3 year warrenty
2. Wheels are really smooth
3. Seat cushion is good wide
Cons
1. Very pathetic neck rest - the angle lock stopped working on the day of delivery (i will revisit the review once it's replaced as I am told that it will be replaced under warranty)
2. Overpriced - you will find similar or better chairs (on pepperfry or other shops) with lesser price but it will have only 1 year warrenty
3. Delivery time - it took almost 17 days to deliver the product which I personally feel is a bit too much
4. Seat cushion gets really hot.

They fixed the neck rest after 20 days.
