★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic product, lousy mattresses and service, I purchased 60 mattresses from Boston with 10 years guarantee, for my resort in Udaipur. In 3 years only the mattresses have deformed and lost its firmness. The owner doesn't pick calls neither respond to your grievances.

About order and delivery, very good service even over phone call and chat, on time delivery, very nicely packed. Regarding Mattress, I bought it for my daughter and she loves it. The mattress is soft and very comfortable. Even the quilt cover around the mattress make it more comfortable. The mattress protector is also very good. Overall brilliant product.

Also, very unusual these days but received great customer service. Quick response to emails and enquiries. Requests actioned quickly and kept up to date with progress.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quality of mattress was just okay and post sale is too bad. At the time of purchase, they said that they will provide cover free of cost . Once I paid the amount , they did not honor their words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bed was delivered in a squeezed up condition in a torn up cardboard cover wrapped in plastic and was left by the courier people at my door step (Remember this weighs 60Kg). I found three loading people and moved the mattress to the bed. Its been almost a week since I started using this and the edges have started bulging (My previous 3 year old mattress from another company still retains its shape!). While waiting for the order to be delivered I found out that the company was running a free mattress cover promotion on their website and I contacted them to extend the offer to my purchase too (Support agreed to it and told me to contact back once the product was delivered but they no longer respond to my emails). I tried contacting the company via amazon messages and repeatedly received the canned message of contacting the brand helpline.
The product cant be cancelled after ordering as per their policy and the support doesn't respond.
I have spend 60K on a mattress expecting a premium product which will last me 10 years+ but not it looks like it would be a stretch to expect this to last an year as its deforming within the first week. Adding burn to the wound is the rude and canned responses from support.
