There are so many species of plants out there and also arranged very well. This garden looks very beautiful and full of greenery in day time.
This garden enhances the beauty of the Benaras Hindu University, Varanasi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is the botanical garden of Asia's biggest University BHU. But the expectations gone wrong because the garden does not have so much diversity of plant and area about 1 acres only. Somehow some experimental plot have been created.But as a botanist I suggest some improvement to the garden with diversity of plant and more plots to be added as garden where we feel the tranquility of University.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is located just beside the Vishwanath temple of Banaras Hindu University,The botanical garden is basically for the field study and practicals for the botany students where one can explore the vegetation,Other students can also visit there.There are many medicinal plants grown in a protected region,The gardens keep the place very well maintained and decorative U will see both natural beuty and natural strength simultaneously,the is a pond too in which fishes are there,and in this pond there is a beautiful view of vishwanath ji temple with the shadow of it,There is also a tree of White sandal which is grown in protected region,There is a tree of tejpatta (Cinammomum tamala) and u can see many medicinal plants like Aloe vera,Mint,Tulsi,Eclipta alba,Bacopa monnierii etc. There are also slabs where u can spend where time with clean and green nature,people also come here to relax and spend some time with natural beauty
