★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is outside Ghatkopar station in east.
Valet parking is not available so you will have to pay and park.
Ambience and instrumental music will give you a very calm and peaceful feel.
It's a pure veg restaurant and serves drinks too.
Restaurant is suitable for all, small or big group and even couples too.
I found food tastes average but it may not be same for rest of menu but prices are really higher than other restaurants in locality.
But one must go atleast once and give it a try.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this place on women’s day to celebrate! The ambience is quite good! And in COVID situation they are following all precautions! I love the way that they have kept barcodes on each table for menu and you have to scan and see menu on your phone. The food is quite good and there are different varieties you can try if you are a pure vegetarian! I also remember we didn’t like one dish and we didn’t finish that! So staff came to ask what was the issue so we told them that we didn’t like the taste! They didn’t even charge us for that dish?

Couple of downsides due to which I give it 4 - food is expensive, very expensive. This place has a massive Q, there is always waiting

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been to BouganVilla a lot times before, the food is good. But this review is for a different reason. I booked a table for my parents on their anniversary, the team made everything so easy with the reservation and the payment. The staff gave a complimentary cake and put on some really nice celebration song. My parents were so happy and had a wonderful experience. Thank you to the team for everything. Really appreciate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warning: If you are going to this restaurant for the first time, do not order Tomato Bruschetta for the starter. I made that mistake and got addicted to it ? . It is so delicious that everytime I visit this restaurant, I always end up ordering it for starter. As a result I have not been able to try other starters although I have visited this restaurant many times.
So try all the other items in the menu. Am sure they are all very delicious. The restaurant has great food, nice ambience and very hospitable staff.
Why not 5? There are some parts of the restaurant where the AC cooling does not reach and hence it tends to become hot, especially after having eaten some food. The issue has been there since quite some time. Hopefully they should fix this. But that does not deter me from visiting this restaurant and hopefully some day I will try something other than Bruschetta ?

Both the times I visited the place, my experience with service was awful.
Food was mediocre. Service staff was polite, but the delays were unacceptable. If the management knows they’re short staffed, it is their responsibility to reduce footfall and lower number of active tables. Food was mediocre and orders were missed. I had heard good things about it and thought that things may have improved. I won’t be visiting a third time.
All of this being said, the staff were polite. Management is the issue.
