1. Pathetic experience. Waited for food for 118 minutes. All waste.
2. No response or notification from Box8 if the food material was out of stock already. I only had to start the probe and I was offered Biryani without fried onion topping. Seriously, did executive know difference between steamed rice and Biryani???
3. Executive on chat was rude (check the chat history in your record). Did not even bother to acknowledge cancellation of the order. Just cancelled the order and went off (check chat history in your records). I only had to go back and found the order was cancelled.
4. Offered me free choco lava to compensate 2 hour delivery failure and finally denial by Box8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited 1.5 hours for such an average quality food. Personal learning - never order food again from Box8. Maybe if you want to order an average lunch while having your breakfast, you can go for Box8.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Box-8 is a savior for you if you want to order your food. Coming to the store, this is more of delivery center rather than restaurant. You should visit it if you want to have take-away order from here. One tip for take-away is take your carry-bag along cause they don't keep it. They still somehow arranged for me and thankful to them for doing it.
Coming to packing, it's pretty clean and tidy and the labeling does have 108% desi mark. Order for number of times from here and two things i can assure you about the place..
1. Food will be delivered hot.
2. Never had issue with Quality/Quantity.
Tried Salad, all-in-1-meals, Fusion Box and liked all of them.Their delivery is bang on time and you can trust them with that.
Big thumbs up to them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience with their operations team. They should stick to serving food and leave the other bits to names like Swiggy and Zomato. Unprofessional, under staffed and zero customer service. Tiny restaurant that is pretending to be a individual delivery option. Made the mistake of even buying the Box8 pass for a couple of months and I regret it completely.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unprofessional , pathetic , unreliable. If you don't want to starve to death then better not order from here . Your food will.not be delivered and there won't be any number to call and check . It's like you paid and now you are hoping that someone will get you your food. Terrible service , whenever I order from Zomato this restaurant will accept the order and then will not deliver it and they always put the blame on Zomato for it, where in they use their own valet for the delivery . It's pathetic .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly, thankyou team Box8 for offering such good food. I had got Chicken tikka biriyani, Chicken XXL paratha wrap, Chocolava and Masala Lemonade. Box8 is always known among the people for their generosity. Chicken XXL wrap, the name didn't go wrong, it was huge. It had chicken chunks as well as seekh few veggies and spicy gravy rolled into one whole wheat paratha. Each bite had chicken in it and along with the spicy gravy, now that's what a desi wrap should be like.
Next stuff is chicken tikka biriyani. The portion can feed 2 people with normal apetite. It had succulent pieces of chicken. The rice was perfectly cooked, each grain was seperate. You could feel the rice had the flavour of the spices and caramelized onions (Birista/Barista). Along with raita which was cold and resfreshing, it felt amazing.
The chocolava was also good. And finally the masala lemonade, had a chatpata ting to it. The portion is enough for a person.
Overall a great service, great food, amazing prices and daily offers. I highly recommend this place. Keep up the good work guys.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Let's start with the food.It was just Ok.The quantity I felt was less for the price that I paid.
I also had one sandwich really poor presentation and taste for RS 120.This restaurant does not have any dining it's delivery only.The delivery was the worst experience I have had.The app box8 was not picking the location accurately and even after manually entering the location the delivery boy could not find the place.Alfter multiple calls finally the food reached after an hour and after that the food was not great too.Also Box8 please teach your delivery boys to talk clearly I was unable to understand what was the delivery boy asking when he called for directions.
Well overall my Experience was BAD and won't be ordering again unless they improve their food,app and the delivery process.
