★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Turf is good for players, but not happy with the arrangements for the spectators. Not much place for spectators to view and enjoy the match. Also the gully/stand just outside the turf is not at all maintained and I have seen people/spectators and players twisting their legs while walking as there are many potholes.
Organisers to take care while booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a relatively large turf compared to K-star mall, Acres Club or Chembur Karnataka school.
The turf is next to a sewer (Naala) and so in the evening, there is a chance of mosquitoes when the sewer is not flowing. Otherwise no problems.
The turf is probably a thick mat laid on concrete floor so it is advisable to use Turf shoes. Although you can use regular studs, but decelerating fast is not possible because of the lack of grip. Through balls are also difficult as the ball skids off the turf.
It's also a bit expensive compared to other turfs mentioned above, 2200 per hour in the evening, but it is large enough to accommodate 6 players per team.
There is a large parking space outside the turf so you comfortably park as the turf is inside the premises of a defunct manufacturing company.
The caretaker is friendly, but is very hesitant on giving time.
