★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A good thing about the company is that the salary is good and the worst thing is they have only 1 toilet in every floor the worst toilets i have ever seen in any bpo i request you to please check it out 1reason to not join this company because they dont clean their washrooms

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the worst company i have ever seen in my life if you go for interview then after taking first round they suggest to come on next day the hr are very rud the paytm hr is very very rud if you want to waste your time and money please go for interview in this company they take atleast one week for proper joining the day shift are not available and the salary os very low??? 10,000 for 10 hour work like seriousaly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Need to enhance the cafeteria area, washrooms need to be clean and as well more in counting , need to replace all the water taps. But the staff of BPOC is very good and supportive ,especially HRs.

I've worked more than 1month and they didn't pay me for that...they said management fault and promised me that they will give my salary on particular date.
And that day never came and after being so humiliated i decided to left the company.
They've waisted my time,money and energy.
Soo disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well basically i n BPO convergence rest all the process are good except shiprocket IB worst process i have worked with the management is so poor that they dont even give u meal break on time when i used to work here i usually get meal (lunch) at 5pm in 99 percent of days .This is because their lack of management skills so employees doesn't like to stay their so their is lots of shortage in the process so they give less breaks and thats y it all comes to lack of management.If u want to join BPO convergence so for sure dont go for shiprocket IB(inbound).Every senior has almost left because the process is that bad.Although the the polite person is the centre head of convergence he is too sweet and talks like a friend he is the best person as i can feel.
