Just fabulous! I found this company on Instagram and visited their premises on my last trip to Jaipur. I dealt with Deepak, who is charming and helpful. I had samples of 3 styles I needed made. Their big selection of blockprint fabric made my choices of fabric very easy. All my items were beautifully made and I collected everything in good time. Their prices are also very reasonable. I will definitely be using their services in the future. Thank you Deepak.

Unfortunately, dealing with this company has been such a bad experience for me. I visited their shop when in Jaipur and, after a few hours of in depth discussions about what I wanted, I placed an order for just under £1000. The gentleman advised me of a date of when the items would arrive and said he would send a tracking number to my email. The date came and went so I chased the order up. He couldn't give me a tracking number for 3 days and then it was the wrong one. The items finally arrived, but only half the quantity I had ordered. The items were all the wrong fabrics and of cheap quality. After several messages, I decided to give them the benefit of doubt and said I would wait for some samples and we could start again. They didn't arrive and, again, they could not give me a tracking number. By this time, I was constantly messaging and given false promises. I eventually asked for a full refund and agreed that, if the samples were sent, I would consider placing a further order. It is now a week later and I haven't received a refund. They actually told me they would send a lady from the UK with the cash(she lives 2 hours away and it is just before Christmas!) I am beyond disappointed with the lack of customer service and broken promises. Would just put it down to bad experience, but have been chatting to another customer who has experienced exactly the same. Not a company to deal with. Update: it has now been over 2 weeks and still no refund. I have been dealing with Sachin and his brother and both keep promising to refund and then create some kind of excuse why they can't. Please think twice before spending money with this company as I would hate anyone else to have to go through the same experience. Further update. After weeks of asking to refund, I finally received a PayPal refund for just under £700 from a lady in South Africa?! They still owed me just under £300 and constant messages did not produce the refund. I finally said I would keep the items that they had sent initially in lieu of the refund and try to sell them on Ebay as I was fed up of being told lies and broken promises. I have managed to sell one so far at cost of £35 so I am still over £200 short. I have also received a message to ask me to remove this review. I won't as it has been such a bad experience and would hate for anyone to go through the same. They obviously have had happy customers but they completely let me down from start to finish. Be very careful if deciding to deal with them. Such an absolute shame as I would have ordered time and time again if they had been honest from the start and the products had been good.

I had a very similar experience as other customers describe here: we placed an order while visiting in Jaipur. Part of it was delivered at our hotel as agreed and we were satisfied with it, and the rest would be shipped afterwards. During weeks we had to chase up and were given all sort of excuses by both brothers of why they hadn’t posted our parcel. We were given some tracking numbers that did not work either. Finally, a parcel arrived, but part of the order was missing (a plaid). They said that one of the brothers had their phone broken and couldn’t retrieve the photo reference for the plaid. After some more messaging, in which we expressed our disappointment, a refund through a lady in England came into our PayPal account and that was the end of the story. It’s a shame for them, because we were trying them as potential suppliers and this experience, obviously, put us off completely. I don’t think they are bad people or scammers, they are just terribly unprofessional and non-reliable. I hope they can learn from these reviews and improve in the future. In the meantime, they shouldn’t take any orders if they can’t deal with them in a more professional manner.
