β β β β β Took appointment with confirmation that doctor will arrive on time but when we reached on given time no one was there, receptionist asked us to wait first 15 mins then again for next 10 mins then after that again for more half an hour. Is this the way to treat patient. I hd sever tooth ache and I wasted my almost 1hr in such a clinic where doctor don't have any value for time.

β β β β β I went for my dental treatment after the 2nd unlock was announced. I was pretty unsure and confused how the dental treatment is going to happen in this pandemic. How will social distancing and all other measures will be taken.
But as soon as I entered the clinic I was assured that due care has been taken here and all the safety norms are strictly followed. We were allowed to enter only after thermal scanning and sanitization. Gloves were given and we were not allowed to touch anywhere even the door knobs. Dr Chinchanikar and his staff was was very friendly and every one ensured that it will be a minimal contact dental treatment with all safety measures and sanitization. The used instruments were properly cleaned and autoclaved after use.
I was happy with the treatment and the safety measures undertaken by the clinic. CRM which they use is also good , you automatically get the appointment confirmation message, and reminder on the day of appointment or rescheduling msg if any.

My Wife was very anxious about the appointment and any procedure, but Dr. Ashish was very patient with her and spend a lot of time trying to calm her down, the staff was very helpful and kind and always available to help. Dr. Ashish is very professional, hi takes the time to explain what needs to be done and provides valuable advice , It's not easy to find a good dentist for you.
