★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I always wanted to learn meditation, But don't know how and to whom, My BKSneha Rashmi suggested to visit Varthur Brahmakumaris Centre and meet BK Savitri didi .Unfortunately due to Lockdown and COVID-19 situation it was not possible, Angel BK Savitri didi is just angle, she was immediately ready on online mode next day onwards its started on 1-1 continuous 7-8 days daily she dedicatedly. She introduce me who we are from where we come, why we are here, Soul and Almighty both I found . Thanks Shiv baba and thanks Savithri didi. Om Shanti, Its highly recommended

Post an initial 7 days course you can start attending the daily classes here for continuous spiritual empowerment. This is a non profit organization and no fee is charged for any classes or courses offered. I have first hand experience of the place highly recommend it.

Rajayoga really helps in controlling the mind and removing negative thoughts.

Recently, I have completed my 7 day course of Meditation at Brahmakumaris.
Joining the course was one phone call exercise.
Savithri didi explained everything very nicely.
Raghavendra sir was the teacher.
It was a great and rejuvenating experience.
One point to be mentioned here, before joining the course nobody asked your name, your residence, your native, your profession, your background or even the contact number.
They were concerned only with a human being who is seeking the knowledge.
