★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly qualified doctor, but very unfriendly system, sans compassion. Infinite waiting time, with rudest possible team. When treating fellow being, the first lesson taught should be courtesy. Hope Dr. Ashok Kumar Singh, takes cognizance of this and reprimand his team.

Timings are very bad they want patient to be there in clinic at 6AM and then Doctor will talk to the patient by phone at 6PM so basically average waiting time is 12hrs.The waiting hall and toilets are ao dirty and smelly.They don't follow any safety and hygiene.
Second thing:
Doctor doesn't listen to the patient problem properly and no proper guidelines. My experience with him were not good

He do not have any respect of time of patient.
Doctor is money minded and doctor have not any system for patient.
So i will suggest to everyone who want to come here should look for another option.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good doctor but he doesn't respect time of patients. For taking appointment, one had to come early at 6:00 AM and after some checkup by the team, time allotted is 4 or 5 pm and even when patient came, doctor consult at 10pm, 12am, or sometimes beyond limit- 2AM at the night. At last, even you are no. 1 neurologist in Patna but if you don't value time of others, no one is going to value you.
Also, the doctor takes a gap of at least 1hr after looking each patient.
