★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited recently for an enquiry related to the newly launched Intruder bike. The staff was quick and responsive. Equipped with relevant knowledge and price charts the staff was helpful in getting a quotation and answering queries related to the bike. Location of the agency is prime which can be seen in normal traffic without any trouble. All sorts of offering by Suzuki motors India are either in display or is made available on booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My bike Suzuki Gixxer sf had an accident so I brought the bike here for service but the service here is very poor, here the bike is assembled and does not even fit properly and some parts forget to fix like side panel The fitting, head light fitting and engine guard were also not fitted properly, so the nut was not applied, in this my bike which used to be locked earlier is not even locked, and now the staff there are saying that the fitting of the bike is like this. ... Neither the manager is responding to the issue nor any other staff, And the special thing is that there are no nut bolts available here and no parts are available. It takes 8 days to do normal bike repair here...
So do not buy any suzuki bike from here and if you buy it then you will have to repent.
But after that the locked switch issue has been resolve by the mechanic Mr.Juned, he have exact knowledge of every issue of bike and the normal regular service is good and completely done by the staff and managee
