★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday went for exchanging old clothes and purchasing new one , where the rush was too much, very long queues omg I felt like whole Bangalore is there in brand factory only. Each and every customer has atleast 10 exchange coupons with them. The cost on clothes are high, after discount and with our exchanged coupons I felt like products are worth buying . I wish they could have accepted multiple coupons for single product that's more beneficial to customers.

During my previous visit, i had amazing customer experience, as one of the sales person Azma was so helpful through the entire shopping process from selection to billing to packing. A big shout out to her for her customer friendly attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Though they have of stuff and offer but the store and clothes are kept in such a messy way that its time consuming to find the right product with right size. They should organise it properly like they do in Lifestyle or other stores. Staffs are insufficient and who ever is available is busy chatting with colleagues or not around the counter. Even when you want to ask help they say they will send someone and no one bothers to come. Hence not recommended unless you have ample of time to find what you want from a piles of clothes. Not for someone who wants a easy and efficient shopping experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Here u can find collection of cloth of all range and brand, specially collection of shoes are good one like adidas and converse. Trial is allowed now a days. Staffs are polite and helpful. Shirt and paint collection is also good.

Good service from staff except at the billing counter. Charged extra for paper bag.
