★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cost in brand factory and reliance trend was almost same. But choice in brand factory are doubtful. As compare to reliance trend. In some Brand factory collection are not attractive, in some attractive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I heard about brand factory and it's sale up to 50% I am very exited to visit the store but when I enterd store I show show many brands name..on all 3 floors I shiw many brands racks in store but I found nothing which we like in single view.......
Only name there is nothing to buy so many clothes in store but you can't find the best....
Worse and old collection.......
Insufficient trial rooms......

Also the store employee don't even know what offers going on future pay balance.
This is worsted store and free future pay balance is fake offer.
Staff member sanjay kumar's behaviour was Very rude and making people fool, I have decided that never buy from this store.
Central mall is 100 % better then brand factory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was really good experience. Overall staff are very helpful.They have very nice and wide range of clothes, shoes, bags, kids wears, women's wears. But demerits is some items are too expensive. Plus it have very nice exchange offer. Bring your old cloth is like t-shirts, jeans , shirts in exchange they give u off on your new purchase. This is very interesting scheme!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited on a week day and hence there was less public..collection was not upto unto mark. The racks were not properly organized as u could find the sale item in non sale zone and vice versa.
The changing rooms were ok. Half of them had been broken. They need to work hard to maintain the status.
It was sale time but rush was less. They do not accept any return or exchange at present due to covid situation
