Best deal is exchange offer time. Always got very good discount with exchange offer on old cloths.
The staff is very helpful and polite. Even at closing time we experience very good attitude from staff.

Charging Additional GST on MRP.
Yesterday I went to a Brand Factory Outlet at Vijay cross road Navrangpura, Ahmedabad and purchased some merchandise for ₹6796 on MRP. They had this offer going that buy 2 get 2 so basically I grabbed the deal and went to the counter. I was supposed to pay ₹3398 (50% disc) but there they billed me for 3567 and asked for the payment. I rechecked the prices and asked for the bifurcation and they informed me that they are levying additional GST of 5% which was so unjust and more over Illegal. Under the Consumer Goods (mandatory printing of cost of Production and Maximum Retail Price) Act, 2006, consumers cannot be charged more than the MRP mentioned on the packing of the products. However, I enquired them about the matter but they didn't have any appropriate response to the same.
According to the latest guidelines issued by the CBEC stats that if any retailer asks for GST above the MRP of a product then the consumer can clearly deny and the complaint must be lodged against him at the ministry and various anti-profiteering commissions setup in India.
MRP includes all the taxes and sellers are not liable to charge more over and above the mentioned price on the products. Manufacturers and sellers are only allowed to sell at the lesser price than MRP and offer a discount on MRP for particular products.
So please be informed about the rules and provisions that GST act incorporates and be a responsible and alert citizen.
