★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Men section staff totally unhelpful. When last visited everyone was just busy chit-chatting among themselves, on asking for help there was no response. Additionally stock was not varied and lack of competitive pricing was observed. All in all standard of 'Brand Factory' had reached bottom low post COVID lockdown. Personal suggestion will be to avoid this store and shop somewhere else.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today for 2nd time in around almost 10yrs gap I visited the store, 1st time in beleghata today in garia. Obviously collection of products, quality changed a lot. Now alternate to BigBazaar I prefer to shop here
. Today I received a good deal. Almost 60% discount

This fight between Amazon and reliance is destroying this brand.
Parking in footpath can be done, ground floor for ladies and kids, 1st for gents and second floor unisex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bed services, AC was switched off in this heat when temperature was more than 40degree. Staffs are behaving rudely, they treated the customer as if they were distributing the clothes for free. I visited this place earlier too but that time the services were outstanding.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The products are of good quality and available at a reasonable price. But I always find a lack of stock. The product I choose, most of the time the size isn't available. Also, this may be due to my size being very common (32 inches waist and xl for shirts & T-shirts) and having high demand. But the few I could acquire, I'm very satisfied with the quality, as I can say one of my favourites is 'Bare Denim'. The other brands are also of very good quality at a cheap price.
