★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheating at it's very best.. One of the most pathetic agencies around.. Owners very well know the technique to fool the approaching clients with false assurances..
Don't be fooled by the positive reviews out here, it's all from past & current employees working there.. Owners force you to throw positive reviews from multiple accounts.. 90% 5 star ratings? People ain't fool..
As far as work is concerned, everything is fake... Owners will force the employees & Interns to create fake accounts & forcefully engage on the clients social media activities.. All the engagement that you see is from them only.. nothing external.. posts having 70+ shares but <10 likes? lol.. that's cuz it's all from fake accounts with no outreach... the very first activity for the employees every morning is to forcefully engage on clients social media activities.. Stop fooling the clients & give genuine results.. that's what they are paying for..
They also run a digit marketing classes in the name of Digible, all the students are then made to work on live client projects in the name of internship.. It's a two-sided business for them, but this vastly impacts the quality of work due to lack of experience amongst the interns.
Client retention record is really bad.. Every now & then a client terminates it's contract and once they do so, these guys will change the name of client's social media accounts so that all the past work is now irrelevant for the clients for which they've already paid.. This is really unethical & this is not how a digital agency works..
As an employee, unpaid dues & false assurances during the interview. No proper attention as the owners are busy with their numerous other businesses.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is genuine company. I was hired as intern but I couldn't arrange laptop so I had to leave. But I really wanted to work there to gain experience. Anyways will try again next time. I didn't work there so I don't know much about work environment. Yes one girl who was next to me was kinda cold. But it's fine nvm. Overall company is nice. Would love to work with them in future?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Top quality cheaters. Dont trust these people neither as a agency nor as an employer. They dont value their staff and always treat them worse than pets. They hire interns and remove them after 3months saying permornance issue. If you can't pay why are you giving false hope to candidates. Their reviews are all cooked up. My relative worked here and was always under stress. But lucky got job else were and better place.
