The diet provided is very effective and the trainers and the owner over here are really very friendly and supportive. They cheer and keep on motivating you until you reach your goals. And most importantly, this gym is really secure for women's.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Owner of this gym is too unprofessional. Owner of this gym is indulging in personal talks and throw rumours about others. Be careful before joining. Owner of the gym is too rude who thinks that his gym is the best in the town and none others are good. But I remind you Mr. when you maintain good liasion between clients they will spread good words about your gym. Many of the clients have left due to this type of behavior and attitude.
