When I got pregnant , I really wanted to be fit throughout my pregnancy and have a vaginal delivery … these 2 pregnancy goals led me to look for a workout regime that was a mix of aerobics, weights, stretches, yoga and finally mediation.. finding a combination of all of this was not easy as most prenatal classes are yoga centric but I was glad I found Dr Kritika. Being a doctor herself she has in-depth knowledge in the subject and really helped me achieve my pregnancy goals. Thanks Dr Kritika, I miss your classes now but as soon as I can get back to exercise will connect with you for Post Natal classes as well. ??

I delivered a healthy baby boy with a perfect weight of 3 kgs. My preganancy was free from complications like BP and sugar. The huge credit for this has to go to the physiotherapy sessions by Dr.Kritika. It covers both exercise and meditation to ensure physical and mental fitness during pregnancy. She is very humble, knowledgeable and always open to help with any physio related problems. I would definitely recommend Dr. Kritika for prenatal and postnatal physiotherapy sessions.

Hi Dr. Kritika, I owe you a big thanks for the your prenatal exercise sessions. It had helped me to stay fit and active during my pregnancy. I had joined your sessions starting from 5th month of my pregnancy and continued till the delivery. I believe that the these sessions are very beneficial for overall health of a pregnant woman. My pregnancy period went smooth and also I recovered well after delivery. ?

I joined Dr Kritika mam’a classes in my 6th month. Each session was was so amazing which helped me keep active during rest of my pregnancy journey. Also lamaze session helped me immensely in my labour. Breathing exercises, meditation and stretching techniques learned in lamaze session and monthly sessions helped me in my labour. Due to this I delivered baby girl normally which was i never expected. All thanks to mam for keep telling the right way of doing exercises and believing yourself and your strength. Cant wait to join post natal sessions. Thank you so much mam for all your support and guidance throughout out our journey.

The Prenatal exercise sessions being a combination of cardio, yoga, kegel and meditation - greatly helped me throughout my pregnancy to stay in the best of my physical and mental health. It all started with the restless nights when my back pain during pregnancy wouldn't even let me get up from sleeping position. That's when I joined the prenatal exercise sessions by Dr. Kritika. A big thank you to her for the guidance and the superb exercise sessions. These exercises have not only made my pregnancy days smooth but also the delivery pains manageable. She is very approachable at any given time, always available on the call or video chat to resolve all the doubts and concerns. The breathing exercises and the Lamaze session was of great help during the labour for my normal delivery. In fact I even approached her during my early time in labour room and she suggested a few exercises which was of great help. The meditation during each session was so relaxing and I'm sure the babies enjoy them the most.

When I got pregnant the first thing that I wanted to make sure is to have proper guidance on yoga to continue throughout pregnancy and have a normal delivery if possible. I feel really lucky to have found Dr. Kritika who not only helped me through the classes but was also someone whom I could connect to anytime to clear my doubts, fears and uncertainty. Pregnancy is a very delicate period and Dr. Kritika was someone I could blindly trust to clear my issues and boost my confidence. I really enjoyed the classes as every time it was little different and included not only yoga but cardio and meditation too. The best part was Lamaze session which brought me and my husband on same page since the anxiety started to creep in by the end of 8th month. Finally I had a normal delivery and gave birth to a cute baby boy on 22/02/22'. Looking forward to start postnatal sessions now.

I took pre natal classes online from Dr. kritika. Her classes helped me be strong, flexible and relaxed throughout my pregnancy. I would look forward to attend her classes everyday! Even though the classes were online, she was always available for a quick call to discuss best exercises based on how advanced the pregnancy was. As a first time mom, I was quite unsure of many things and She was so patient to answer each and every query of mine. I am extremely grateful to her for her advice and guidance which helped me progress my labour very quickly. Very highly recommended for all who are looking for natural birth. Waiting to start my post natal classes with her!
