Overall, the trip went as agreed except for the absence of the guide who was to visit the Taj Mahal in French. However, this tourist office does not offer the most economical mode of travel, so be sure to know how you want to travel (in relation to the cost and travel times) and negotiate the proposed rate!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paid liars who charge a very high price for very awful services. They are very good salesmen who will make out like your getting an amazing deal and then put you in the cheapest, basic, boring hotels they can find on the very outskirts of the cities your in so you can't walk anywhere. They promise you train tickets when they know they can't garuntee them. When in India only ever buy train tickets from train station as travel agents only put you on the waitlist, most honest travel agents will tell you this. But these people did not tell me my train wasn't confirmed until 2 hours before I was meant to be leaving so ended up missing the things I had booked in Varanasi and having to pay for extra night in Haridwar.
The actually driving tour was good but only because I was lucky to get a lovely driver who didn't try and scam me or get any commission and gave me a lovely golden triangle tour.
When I went back to the office to ask for my money back as the hotel's were not the quality I was promised and the train tickets never worked they just had more lies waiting for me. Tried telling me they pay 2500RS a night for hotels when you can get them online for 1500RS and so as a company they will definitely not be paying more than 1000RS. They told me this to try and claim they weren't making any profit after they had returned the service fee. They did refund me about 10,000RS which is what I spent when the trains didn't work on new trains and extra hotel rooms. They didn't refund anything for the awful hotels or just general poor service and I'm still very confident they made a large profit margin off me despite making my trip to India considerably worse.
This company caused me a rediculous amount of stress, I could see my train ticket was on waitlist and asked them about it and they promised me countless times that it was 100% garunteed, even sending me voice notes telling me not to worry and that they know what they are doing, and they do know what they are doing, whatever it takes to trick their customers into giving over money.
I got an elephant ride up to the Amber fort included which I never asked for and ended up not doing as the way they treat those animals is horrible, i don't think travel agents should be supporting things like this without even telling the customer.
