★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I purchased a bridgestone tyre which developed a cut within couple of weeks from the day I fitted it into my vehicle...i had purchased it in Srinagar and was driving down to Bengaluru.. On the way I tried to get my tyre replaced at Jammu as it was under warranty, however the bridgestone dealer at Jammu refused to replace it and told me to contact the dealer from where I had purchased it... I contacted customer care and was advised to go to Krishna Motors... My tyre was replaced within a minute....
I must appreciate the behavior and professionalism of all the staff of Krishna motors...Nice experience and fully satisfied by their service.. .
