I believe in constructive criticism : Hope they will get it and Improve too. I got a call on 20th april from one of the HR executives of this company.(I dont want to name anyone here as its not an individual fault so, its a poor HR team who failed). Anyways , so I got a call and she said "her senior will call me". Okay , so I waited. Waited Long and finally on 29th april I got a call, she was Sr Hr executive. She told about the new process ,they are hiring for. It was something related to social media, then we move forward and she scheduled another round of interview for next day i.e 30th april. It was on the google meet and interviewer was Operational Manager. So, all went well and I started expecting positive response on the basis of conversation I had. On 3rd May, I got a call from HR( Same Sr HR executive) , she told me " Congratulations, Garima! You are selected and then she told me that they can offer me 45k. I agreed somehow. She asked for my last six months salary slips and bank statements as she wanted those to get verify from her account dept. I sent all those things and next day on 4th May, she called me again with a positive note. She said "Garima, docs are verified , all good now. So, can you join us on 10th may? I agreed. Then she said, now further proceeding will be from the team in USA . I said okay, will wait for their call." Now , next day I was waiting for the call but on 5th May in the evening at around 5pm, she called me again; "Garima ,there was another person we had shortlisted with you. So, we are deciding on this and will keep you posted." This left me in a confused state but as Iam a person who think , analyze and then respond. I simply said, okay. I waited another week but she dint turn back , no msg ,no call then another week too but no call, no msg, no email.. She just simply ghosted me!! Then after lots of overthinking , finaly I called her on 24th May. She said "Garima, we have decided that onboarding of new hires will be from office itself. So currently we are holding your profile. I said, okay! Because I really wanted to work with the company, i believed it has goodwill in the market which i discovered from the reviews itself. I again expected that may be once situation will be fine in mohali ,she will call me and ask me to join. But No No this was not the twist. I was waiting for june to come and again my hopes got shattered. No call, no msg, no email. But I still wanted to give them BOD and I gave it actually. I thought , could be the process she was mentioning its not yet come in their basket. And then, one morning what triggered me , on indeed I saw a job posting by Bridging technologies for QM for the same process. Now this is something i would call a FRAUD , MENDACIOUS thing. You people fooled someone for so long , who was honest to you since starting. For you it was just one interview, one call, one candidate but do you guys understand the hopes , expectation which were laying on it. Do you have any idea about the current situation , doing something like this just because you people are not sure about your own profile, your own work culture or ethics.  Do you have any idea , your this kinda behaviour can impact someone so badly . No you don't!!! Recruiters only responsibility is not to get someone onboard , you people are face of the company. Its your responsibility to tell the candidate about further steps , its just one feedback call whether its negative or positive ,just tell them honestly without fabricating things.  Now , let me tell you another twist . I again called her on 22nd june to get to know about the indeed posting, and was surprised to see her reaction , which was like " first she dint recognized me( they hold my profile though!!) Then she said Iam no longer working on this project but I will get it check and get back to you. But see, its been 2 days now.. No call, no msg , no email...

Am working here as a Business Analyst. And honestly speaking this a best company to work with. Staff working here is very supportive and friendly. From Hr team Ankush Sir and Akriti Mam helped me at the time of my interview process. And coming to my team and mentors with whom am blessed with Neha mam, Himanshu Sood Sir and Bakul Sir. Am working under their supervision and whenever i face any problem they are always there to helps me and gives an appropriate solution every time. And the best part is salary distribution. It never delays. Might be possible you will get your salary debited before actual salary distribution date but not later that. Which i believe is an absolutely amazing factor.

One of the best organizations & a great learning platform for the freshers. It's only around 2 months here in this organization but it already feels like my 2nd home courtesy of great camaraderie among the team members. Hoping that my journey with the organization will be perennial.
