★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Actually Brigade builders are best and apartments are very nice. Why I am giving 1 star because they have kept street dogs inside the apartment. Stayed in my friends apartment couldn't sleep from midnight. 3 to 4 dogs barking ,wining ... very disturbing.
And I got irritation and am writting this review at 3.30 am due to this disturbance.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We own a flat here and have been residing for 2 months. Initially we went for the brand value but after moving in we realised that the construction quality is very very poor. Even a small nail cracks up the entire wall, wall can’t even bear the weight of curtains. The amenities are still a far cry from promised timelines. Now we are told that there is road planned right inside the property which was not informed to us before. Buying a flat here is one of the big mistakes and we regret it every single day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am writing this review based on my experience with Brigade 7 Gardens. I had gone there a couple of times with the intention of buying a flat. But the place looked half complete with some residents living there already, and other sections of the building still being under construction. I was promised a particular month for completion and handover but now I find out the project will further get delayed. Luckily I did not make the purchase. I have friends who already live there who have had a bad experience with the builder. They have been struggling with water issues, temporary electricity, and no internet connections. It has been almost two months since they are living there but there is no internet connectivity other than BSNL, which is also bad. Thanks to their advice, I was saved from the hassle of buying a Brigade flat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Overall experience is satisfying, one area of improvement is timely response through mails, its herculean task to get responses on the mail. Other wise happy with the project, quality, registration process and handover. I would defenitely recommend Brigade projects, this is the reason which made me own 3 apartments in different projects of brigade namely brigade residency, cornerstone utopia, Brigade7 Gardens

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought this apartment based on the mixed reviews. We bought an garden facing apartment. It's very good, windy and good light and ventilation.
Good planning, Gardens are wel maintained, open space to walk and relax. Color fountain which entertains us in the evening.
Silent surrounding in a residential area and less air and noise pollution. Overall worth a buy with all amenities and facilities.

Its located in between Banashankari rajarajeshwari Nagar kengeri uttarahalli Road Banashankari, South Bangalore, also nestled amidst lush greenery, this lifestyle habitat is well-connected to renowned educational institutions, shopping centres and hospitals. I will be investing in Brigade 7 Gardens for a lifetime of happiness. It's affordable too. One can plan for it either for living or as an investment
