Brigade El Dorado - Bengaluru

It was great interacting with Mayukh. He patiently listened to us and addressed our queries. We were able to decide things on spot and ended up booking a unit in El Dorado. Even after completing the process Mayukh assisted us with the journey and made the process smooth. Hope to receive this support in future.

One of the best property to buy at a very reasonable price especially under PMAY scheme. North Bangalore is the present Business HuB and this property is close to KIADB Aerospace and also BIAL. Worth to go for it. Appreciate Ms. Bharati of Brigade and Mr. Shivansh Jagdish of Valuepersqft (channel partner) for their outstanding support in explaining and presenting of the project and also the support provided by them during the entire process of purchasing the property. Booked 3BHK comfort 1401 sq feet flat. We decided to book a flat on 1st week of Dec and started looking for options. We wanted to stay closer to Airport and hence avoided Sarjapur and West BLR properties. We visited multiple projects mainly Shriram Greenfield, Wyt Field, Assetz, Casagrand, Embassy springs, Godrej Ananda, Prestige Finsbury, and Brigade El Dorado. As we were looking for better amenities with A class builder and fixed our budget at 60L, we decided to compromise with distance from BLR Central. So when we visited Aerospace park, we loved the area and specially the future potential growth. It is little far from city but many new projects will definitely come soon. So we decided to go ahead with either Brigade, Godrej or Prestige. How did we make the final decision? 1. Room size - Godrej and Brigade basic flats are very small in size. Yes they are pocket friendly but very small. I found Godrej 3BHK compact better than Brigade compact. 2. Prestige Finsbury says 25 acre land but there is a wall b/w Hyde and Regent. Probably from 15th floor you won't realise the boundary but while playing or walking around park, you will feel congested as it has very less open area and smaller playgrounds. 3. Prestige and Brigade have already made good progress while Godrej is yet to start. 4. All three are closer to 420 KV station but I read multiple articles and it is not scientifically proven hazardous YET. While Godrej is next door, Brigade towers are still farther. 5. Amenities wise Brigade is very rich, specially the playground, the artificial lake, big parks and walking street are additional advantages. 6. Cost was competitive for all 3 options but we decided to go ahead with Brigade considering many other factors. Thanks a lot to our sales executive Jeevan who literally had to fight with abroad team to allocate a flat to us. We were late by just 2-3 days and the flat that we were thinking of booking got sold. We requested Jeevan and he made one flat available for us. Now, looking forward to have smooth financial transactions, possession in 2024 and of course, pay the huge loan. :) Happy housing!!!

This is an edited review.. my first review was 4 star, now have reviewed as 5 star. The documentation process is very quick and good response from the team. The progress of construction is also at fast pace. Good project, pocket friendly and best location taking into consideration the proximity to airport. Thanks.

Carpet area is too small in all Big builders in Bangalore. But Price is too high because of location and Huge number of Amenities. They Should think about customers, who is going to live their maximum time inside the Flat but not in Amenities. That Apartments are good for Bachelors, Tenants who look for great lifestyle instead Non-Extravagant like Family Man and investors.

I truly liked the fact that they've conceptualized the whole project very well. It's being developed on a sprawling 50 acre land with loads of amenities, the cineplex being a huge plus. The other advantages are that it's located in Bangalore's fastest growing area with good connectivity and proximity to the airport. All in all a very good initiative and we're looking forward to 2024 when we will officially get our keys to the apartment. I liked the property and booked a unit for myself the best part about Brigade is that they value their every visitor on the site and give proper attention which I felt when I visited the till my booking because Sales person named Mr. Manoj Patil, he always patiently heard all my queries and cleared my doubts and always reachable to answer in every step.

We booked a flat here 2 years back another 2 years to go! we got totally 4 years and we will have this flat without major amount of loan. Carpet area was less but, as they said PMAY I got and very good amenities we will be getting. I am waiting for to get my new first house and good stay here!!!! Thank you Brigade as this has option for big house, small house.. as we are small family this is the perfect fit for us. Balcony is only the bit of concern for us as drying cloth will gonna be challenging. Extra amount I will invest on land/other-type instead of paying 60-70 lacs for Apartment. It's far from Bangalore central but, I see that as advantage moreover metro also coming for Airport soon it will be nice transport option.

Pathetic sales team. No one explains properly about the project, amenities. Very rude behaviour from the sales manager. She gets irritated on every question. No friendly environment. Brigade is a well known brand and should also concern to employ client friendly resources. Pathetic experience. Very compact building structures. Even the rates differ from the advertisements they do. Team behaves as if they are selling flats on charity so that no need to sit and clarify the doubts. They do not have any patience to answer and forget about covid- social distance. Please try to maintain good staff to retain the name among builders.
