Office staff is rude to tenants. They think like they are Govt officers and take un-necessary advantage . Office time in 10am to 5pm but you will not be allowed to enter till 12 noon. 1pm to 2:30 pm they close on the name of lunch. Don’t take any request after 4pm.
If you are owner it’s good place. But if you are tenet look for some other place

Easy access to public transportation for metro, buses ,auto and other rented vehicle convince to private vehicles and including many service centers. fair cost for flats. It's located in developing locality. Easy access to marts, supermarkets, schools, colleges, nationalised and cooperative banks, couching centres, hospital, theatre, and malls and near to industrial area everything with in 2 to 3 kms easy access for everything can verify by Google maps. All necessary online and offline deliveries available near. Good place to stay for easy life and well structured apartments including all the facilities and to live prestigious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brigade Gardenia is a well designed apartment complex with open spaces & an attached club house.
As it is located on an inner road, which is not a thoroughfare or a shortcut, it is very quiet & peaceful. I always feel very blissful once I enter the complex are the dirt, grime & noise of Bengaluru.
Lovely place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wonderful residential complex. It had good walking space , beauty saloon other shops are there in the complex. For kids huge place to play and roam. They have games. Only difficulty for outsiders is park vehicles outside the complex. Neatly maintained.
