β β β β β Having agreed on the monthly cost of the course (Conversational Punjabi) and the number of lessons per month over the phone with Rita Arora, I was able to cover only for few weeks.
The quality of teaching is really weak - Mrs. Arora not only comes unprepared to the online class, but she also does not have a clear plan for an hour lesson, as well as the structure of teaching, more than that's she does not even remember the details of the previous lesson. Your entire online lesson will take place in a chaotic manner, randomly jumping from one topic to another, a complete confusion. As its an online class, the level of her Internet connection does not allow you to clearly hear what the tutor says, and therefore it is very difficult to perceive the information!
After I realized that I didnβt see a professional in her and she wouldnβt teach me anything, I decided to stop classes, but I didnβt want to upset this person, so I simply choose to say that I didnβt have time for the classes.
Next, in my attempts to get a refund for the unused 10 lessons, I received a boorish appeal, and a huge ignore from Rita Arora where she followed with false statements and claimed that the terms of No return were announced from the start. In fact, the issues of non-refund of the paid amount were not even discussed, no contract was signed between us with such terms and conditions.
Therefore, do not buy into those false 5 stars in the reviews of this page and Rita Arora's 18 years of teaching experience. She lacks the most important factors - neither Professionalism nor Honesty in the relationship with her students I could note.
P.S. Mrs. Arora, I'd like to remind you "Spreading False Information" is criminally charged action.

β β β β β We didn't like her Teaching at all.Everything related to her Was POOR SERVICE. It was SCAM for us. After 2 week of Bad teaching, We decided not to continue and asked for Refund. But shown No Professionalism. ?
