★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good experience. I was there for my ford figo 2010 petrol service. I appreciate mr. Utkarsh work is support during service, listen all the car issues and get it resolved by service team. Ford had improved things in service and part cost. All safety precautions also has been taken by ford team in corona days. I am happy ford customer.. sure next car will also from ford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried freestyle diesel. For that price it's fantastic. Service from Brij Ford was excellent. The only thing I didn't like about this car was its steering it feels like ford had downgraded the steering both in feel and material as compare to my current car figo 2011 . Please improve the steering feel and material and also provide front armrest rest this car is perfect at this price point .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service experience is very bad. Washing, cleaning is done by unexperience man. Behaviour of employees of service centre in very rude. I have been gifted with scratches on vehicle and glass by Brij Ford service centre Teliyarganj Allahabad. Suggest not to visit this Service centre Again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am extremely disappointed by the poor service that I received from Brij Ford. I was handed the vehicle after a day and was confirmed by Ford that a proper "full servicing" was carried out on my car and several problems were diagnosed.
The cleaning of the interior and exterior of the car was highly unsatisfactory. Moreover, there are dents and scratches visible on the outer surface of the car. The washing of the car is so good that Ford officials can come and check my car. Even they would be surprised by the excellent looks of my car. Moreover, even with the battery replaced, I am not able to drive my car smoothly. I never thought of such a service by Ford.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I gave my car to repair a problem of dashboad display (Music panel) as wire got cut by Rats. They could not solve the problem as they don't had required spares (Wires). Moreover While handing over the vehicle my AC was working absolutely fine but after receiving my car when I started my AC in midway i was shocked as it was not working. I could not returned because i had to cover a long distance( Prayagraj to Raipur).
My concluding words "I am disappointed with the service I got in Brij Ford".

Got the ford Ecosport sport manual which was not available in varanasi and lucknow showroom. Will always recommend dealer if you are going for ford cars

Availability of cars is very good and if you are new buyer then they give you complete information about the vehicle and the important thing is they dont fool you like other car dealers.
