★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hospital is good but there is a consultant radiologist named Dr. kalyani Agrawal. She behaved unethical - we were supposed to get the ultrasound done and she said machine isn't working and we need to come back tomorrow to get it done and she said she is about ot leave, somehow just to get the information like is there any way to get it done tomorrow or today ,i went to her office and there was one lady there and she said machine is working fine and we'll do the ultrasound today only. I have waited again and my father was on wheelchair.
our number came and i forgot to remove my shoes and she started scolding me and i Said I'm sorry i forgot and i was focused on getting my father inside room as he was on wheelchair and she lied to us earlier. even after lying she said she'll not do ultrasound and she was like I'll see who'll do the ultrasound now and she left for the day.
i dont understand how people can take this job on ego and treat people like nothing. please escalate her or let me know how can i do that.
