★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys on the store was friendly and had patience. No advance money was asked. I paid after my scooter was ready. I went to their inventory and selected exact scooter. Few scooter had alignment issue that they will never accept or fix.
Accessories over all cost around INR 5200 including side stand and back leg rest together cost 1200. Feel free get remaining 4000 reduced if you do not want seat cover, guards, hand cover and helmet. Its easy. Rest all good.
Always go and verify exact scooter on your own from their first floor inventory. I found few where mud guard was not in center from front. Do verify for scratch, and other basic thing. Drive it first and if any minor thing you find, please get it fixed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst service I recieved from here.I purchased Honda Activa on the date of 13th August 2021 and haven't recieved my RC yet. Everytime I contact them for RC, staff member give lame excuses such as the printer not working or the ink has gone dry. I Highly recommend the managing authority to expel such staff members, that cause ignominy to Honda Services. Please help me out with my RC, How soon can I get hold of it?

Till now i got satisfactory response from there side.
Let’s hope for the best.
I will again review this store after an year or months about there service.
But there is some issues regarding there time management they took longer time usually for work to be done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have given me the defective Activa, when I complained back, the service center manager and the store incharge also not listening to my complain and rejected by saying this is fine. If Google allows for 0 stars, then I would have given that to them. Now I am struggling with my Activa issue and managing with that defect only. The defect is, whenever I am increasing the acceleration the engine sounds unexpectedly and spreads a vibration throughout the bike.

Bought SP 125 on 25th Jan 2022 and got the bike with engine number dated 18th Jan 2022! In final ready up process while sitting in waiting area, saw almost 10 bikes owner took their delivery! No compulsory accessories, all you can select by your own even the insurance by your agent or on site like policybazar or other! Overall great experience!
