★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sad to say the owner only deducted my salary and was told us to pay the water tanker charge
Which he shouldn't do that
Now I'm not in part of the team
And even my incentives was not paid
We had done a good amount of sale but owner wanted our hard Earned money .the reason I'm writing here is coz he is not replying to my what's app messages .
Hope this comes into his EARS
We are not to pay urs water tanker money .nearly 4,000 was deducted

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered 12 Rasmalai from Lokhandwala branch received at 11:15am served at 1:30 pm was stale n by afternoon gave of faul smell n the milk was curdled inspite of being refrigerated. ITwas SHAMEFULL movement for me to serve my guest as i only came to know when i consumed it.A pathetic experience i have ever had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Now this place is shifted to Mhada oshiwara I had called for Mong dal halwa on 29/5/21 through zomato however the product was already stale n was smelling thank god no kids had it infact we checked it before that so I called brijwasi where the manager was adamant n not at all helpful when I asked him to refund my money n take back the halwa he said he will do it by late evening however no one came on next day I called them there was no proper reply hence I called the owner who was very very rude n told me we can’t refund the money we can replace it that was very surprising hence I had to go to the shop myself call the police n then they returned my money I had to waste lot of time on this but was worth it as the owner should understand that they can’t take their customers for a ride n yeah no more orders to brijwasi for sure

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We called for moong dal halwa via zomato .. Moong dal halwa was spoilt,it was stinking.On calling Brijwasi they admitted that the halwa had gone bad but refused to return the money and get the halwa picked up .Instead of doing service recovery they were rude.Even after 1 day of complaining nobody came to pick the stuff back . Brijwasi oshiwara manager asked us to make a complaint to zomato which shows clearly they aren’t bothered at all . We have been coordinating with zomato but there has been no action taken .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Earlier the service was quite spontaneous in thr oshiwara branch, now it seems like they don't care. They are slow in the morning, don't give chutneys for dhokla and kachoris properly. They have a don't care attitude and are just laid back!

Today I've orderd 6 pics Big Gulabjamun with Zomato from your Brijvasi Sweet, Oshivara Branch at 9:45pm and orderd deliveredat 10:15.
We are happy due to its on time But the product is totaly expired and might be stored in refrigerator for long time.
Smell and taste was bad and we couldn't take second bite of Sweet.
Please recollect your product and examine what's wrong with it.
