★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today we bought IMARATI from their Powai outlet in haiko mall. It was awfully bad with horrible oil taste. I must say how disappointed I was. I always bought sweets from this outlet n rarely this disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had been a customer since 2013. Last week i had to purchase some sweets and visited the store. Two salesmen (Sharad & Vinay) were in the counter. When i asked for tasting a particular sweet, these guys arrogantly responded just like i begged for free food and drove me away saying that they will not give sweets for tasting etc. i could see lot of small pieces (left overs of tested ones) and i felt so humiliated due to the arrogant behavior of your staff. I left the store and bought good sweet from Chandu's (attached to D mart) for around 2000 Rs. The behavior of counter staff attached to Chandu's was awesome and your staff should learn from them. Please advise your staff that customers are not beggars. You have lost me as a customer and i will not visit your store again.

matar corn roll is stale and gone bad.
samosa aloo is too spicy....almost black in color and aloo pyaaz kachori is soggy and mostly aloo...no pyaaz in it.

I will never recommend this place to anyone. Tasteless food, bad packing, Unhygienic place. Bad behaviour. Will not order anything from now.
