★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The vehicle that they sent was in pathetic condition. They are basically middleman who do not care about the kind of vehicle provided by the vehicle owner. Inspite of preinforming them about the long outing with familythey provided a vehicle which at best was filthy. Faulty horns..deplorable tyre condition..dented body. Infact they promised big charged accordingly ( big) and the whole thing can be termed as proper 'cheating'.
