★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely impolite support staff and a lot of favouritism happens here. I have had a very bad experience with the Charni road branch staff since my brother has joined here for coaching. They simply did not inform him about the lectures because of which he missed many important lectures. But every other student in the classes would get daily reminders. Also they did not send my brother's test papers for correction while all the other students papers would get corrected on time. Despite of several complaints nothing about the attitude of the staff changed. I would never recommend this classes for a student who is very serious about his coaching and education.
