★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company ever, we trying for our business closure settlement since last 8-10 months but no one is taking responsibility, we are still struggling for FnF, Everyone is careless from toe to head management. Mr. Jitesh Bhatia , he is the head of NCR region but not giving any resolution, no one is picking up calls , no one is replying on mails.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Britannia whole wheat 100% bread has lately had many quality issues, namely multiple holes in the slices. Although the management is helpful & kindly plus readily offer replacements, this issue remains unresolved. This problem recurs almost weekly & arranging/meeting the rep to collect the new loaf & exchange with sample is time demanding plus time consuming. After 5y of loyal custom, we've discontinued purchasing any bread product from them whatsoever. Big shame...they fail to address a simple issue of effectively kneading/rolling & pressing or extracting excess air from the dough prior to the baking cum raising process
