Pathetic experience!! We planned for a b'day treat which turned as a complete disastrous incident. The malai kofta we ordered had a very runny consistency.. When asked the personnel dere.. D prompt reply we got (from Ms. Ruma) was "aisa hi hota hai".. Evn worse when we asked for salt he replies" Table pe bahot hai" And all we could find were a few sachet of pepper... Nt a single salt.. Nt the kind of hospitality one would expect at such a 5 star restaurant. We are certainly out for our next visit!!

Being a fanatic of trying variety of cuisines, this time we got an opportunity to try out the Kashmiri cuisine at our favorite dining place in Faridabad at Radisson Blu. A beautiful property that nestles their restaurant going by the name of Broadway, hosts multiple festivals where it introduces its patrons to different cuisines and make sure their guests get the flavor of authentic recipes on their visit. This time they have hosted Kashmiri Wazwan, where one may enjoy richness of Kashmiri delights curated with finesse and love! The décor of the restaurant is amazing with such strategically places seating which enables everyone to move around yet host a decent number of guests at one go. There is an outdoor seating too which is our most preferred spot to dine in and is also well maintained by the hotel. It is buffet style restaurant and décor was given a tad cashmere touch to it with ceiling hangings and a screen constantly displaying the beauty of Kashmir right at the entrance. We were welcomed with kadha, a sweet and sour drink, a must in the winters. We began our culinary journey with mutter aur pudine ka shorba and paye ka shorba. We loved the paye ka shorba owing to its distinct flavor. The aaghaaz (starters) had Kabargah, mutton cooked with Kashmiri spices, Chicken Kanti, chicken cooked with Kahsmiri spices, Naduro Munj, fried lotus stems, which is one of the favorites of the Kashmiri locals and chaman pakoda aka paneer pakoda! The food carried a unique taste with the hint of Kashmiri flavors present in every item making us drool all over. In Tuaam-e-khaas (mains) we had mutton yakhni, mutton cooked in yogurt gravy, tallit gaad (fish) and chicken rogan josh in the non-veg items and veg items comprised of dum aloo Kashmiri, haak saag, Kashmiri chaman, Kashmiri pulao and dal-e-shan. Though the entire menu is worth giving a try, we really loved the mutton yakhni in non-veg and dum aloo in the veg section. The sides carried firun, a rice milk pudding and shufta, dry fruits with honey and saffron. We really had a mesmerizing experience and enjoyed ourselves thoroughly throughout our dining. We would like to thank Mr Ajay Khanna, who is the Executive Chef and the mind behind this festival. A special thanks to Mr Naresh Gupta, having a wide experience in the F&B industry and Ms Rachita Sehgal for ensuring we had a comfortable and enjoyable dining experience at the festival. We would also like to share our regards with Mr Atul Rawat, who attended us during the evening and ensured all our requests and needs were taken care of. The Kashmiri Wazwan festival is on till January 24, 2021. Do not miss out on this soulful journey! Cheers ;)

Went here for dinner with my sister. The ambiance is really amazing and comfortable sitting. Tried their special Hyderabadi Festival Buffet. Huge variety of food to choose from. From Lamb Biryani to Shami kabab everything was really delicious. Must try is their fish also. So so delicious. They have nice variety of non veg food which I loved. Apart from main course they also have huge variety of dessert also. They serve indian desserts too. The staff was very helpful especially Nadeem. The Chef came all the way from Hyderabad. He explained the dishes to us so nicely. Really loved the effort. Had a five star experience here. From place to staff and food. Everything was great.

Dining in a Five Star is always an awesome experience. Went to Broadway to taste the delicacies of their food festival named Chandini Chowk to China. This fest has a huge variety of starters, main course & desserts. In Chandini Chowk theme, they served authentic mughlai food like Nihari, Changezi chicken, Biryani etc and in Veg version, they served Pani Puri, Tikki, Bedmi Puri, Paratha & Aloo sabji (just like Chandini Chowk paratha wali gali). In China theme, their menu was full of pan asian curries like Khao Suey, Dimsums, Bao, Pan Fried Noodles etc. If I mention about the desserts, there was an ocean of desserts and all tasted mind-blowing.

When we are in Faridabad, our usual place is the Broadway restaurant in Radisson. A perfect blend of classy and comfortable decor with super amazing and utterly sumptuous food, this place never fails to disappoint us. The staff is courteous and makes sure its patrons have a comfortable and memorable dining experience. The chef knows his way around the food and will present to you some of the finest delicacies with an authentic touch to the flavour and taste. We personally love this place as it keeps on experimenting and is consistent in holding various festivals so as to bring to its guests the flavours of all over the world. This time they have captured the experience of old delhi with their festival going by the name of "Chandni Chowk to China". With flavors of the street of chandni chowk we had aloo tikki, gol gappe, the famous paranthe from paranthe wali gali and chaat. The food was scrumptious to the core and had captured the true essence of the food. We reached early and hence were lucky enough to devour every item hosted by them with full zeal and vigour. This festival is on till 29th August only. It is a highly recommended property to visit and experience luxury dining. Do not be surprised to find us there munching too. Cheers ;)

Chandni Chowk to China Festival was such a lovely food experience. With food starting from starters to desserts, indian to chinese, chaat to parantha it was a wholesome food journey. Was welcomed with a refreshing mocktail. It had live Asian counter, Chaat counter and Parantha wali gali counter. A huge variety of desserts, salads, pickles, bread and cheese was present. All were equally appealing and tasty. Specially loved the mutton item and prawn chilli curry. Tried panipuri, dahi vada and aloo tikki from chaat counter. Must try the chicken bao and non veg stick from Asian counter. Gulab jamun and ice creams were the best way to end this fulfilling event. Worth visiting!
