★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I loved their service. I am supposed to shift next weekend in a house that has been empty for more than a year now. The level of dirt in the house was unbearable. Broomberg's team came today. They cleaned up each and every nook and corner so efficiently, that I was surprised. The windows got so cleaned that it gave an image as though there was no window at all. Their team was not even ready to have lunch before they would have cleaned at least 2 rooms. We had to force them to have lunch first and then work. I am really thankful to their team. They came on time and cleaned a 200sq.yd. area (i.e., 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 dining area, 1 kitchen, 1 balcony, all cupboards, etc. ) in 5-6hours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was associated with the brand for longest time and have seen them coming down in the graph year by year. And this year was the worst service and behavior ever. Not only they didn't complete the service but instead stopped answering calls after promising all sorts of stuff. The operations team is highly unprofessional and the owners seem to have no say in the way company runs. I would never recommend them to anyone from hereon and would urge others also to be mindful before booking them and not get blown away by their way of conduct while booking. At the time of booking, they are the sweetest people on earth and yet they show their true colors once they've arrived.

It’s pathetic and highly disappointing.
They charged 2000 rs and did such a bad job. They didn’t even turn the carpet and clean the underside all the hair and threads were already stuck there
On talking to the customerservice they fought with me that my carpet is too dirty and job was done well only
