He charges extra amount even though the machine is in warranty by saying that I am only authorized service provider in Aurangabad. I really had a very bad experience with this service center and the person Krishna Nikam. Plz avoid this service center.

Service person Mr. Krishna Nikam sir actually is very polite. He repaired power supply problem of my brother DCP L2520D printer in a 10 to 15 minutes, this printer was in warranty and he replaced one of the part free of cost.
But yes if you want yo avail warranty service you must log a call. And provide purchase bill/invoice. Also your product must be registered online.
He also helped me for the procedure.
