★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Initially things were different, wen their wre loads of stuff a person used to come and help in loading the stuffs.
But now I guess it's all about the money for you guys, the customer especially me being a senior citizen had to do load all my stuff on my own.
No help was offered even though some employees were roaming their freely.
I guess, initial phase was good for you guys.
Now you are goin to act like every other supermarket.
And soon your name is also gona sink bad like others.
Very soon, gud luck to you guys fr that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rude staff at Brother's Super markets at Shalimar Garden. They miss handled the product and then blame customer for that. Their staff packed the oil packet and when it leaked outside their gate they blamed us and instead of replacing it staple it and blamed us. WORST EXPERIENCE!! There are many super markets around my area and have worst experience here. Gussed popularity had hit their minds......They lost their a valuable customer in us.

I want exchange one product today sezhwan chutney instead of sauce they said please come 1 to 4 pm.
I said at that time im in a office how can i come to exchange he said please sent some in your family..
PLEASE DONT GO THERE THEY MAKING FOOL TO US...

Soft spoken helpful staff who always have a big smile on the face. Owners personally supervise the store to ensure that every customer is nicely taken care of.
