β β β β β ordered Cake for daughter's Birthday.While ordering it was told that cake will be in fountain..When we received cake we were surprised and disappointed since it was made in normal Cream.. After bday we checked with them and they were like Kitchen people said it will not look nice so they changed..But anything like this should not get changed without informing customer..

β β β β β Had a very bad experience with the shop. I had ordered blue coloured cake for my dad's 70th Birthday and blue coloured macroons . The delivery timing was 4.30 pm. Received a call from the vendor stating that there has been a mistake in colour of the cake. They then repaired the cake and sent it out by 6.30 and the macroons were not deliverd with it. Had to wait for the same and once i received it was purple. That didn't even go with the colour of the cake. The cake was also soggy. You guys ruined the things planned for the birthday. Will never recommend your store to anyone.

From Booking the cake till delivery to my place the service was excellent. Special thanks to Harsh from franchise he done it all and he was up to the mark.
