i booked this party hall for upanayanam of my son. on 25 may 2019
horrible terrifying experience .. lift was not working .. several senior citizens had to walk up to the hall all the way (3rd floor) ! many of them even had knee problems .. no one takes responsibility .. literally was shouting at managers .. no one cares ! quality of the food better not mentioned only !
at the time of booking one person told that hall can be booked for 75 plates and at the time of billing it was dramatically changed to 100 .. so had to pay for 25 plates extra .. horrible experience
i was upset as entire program was messed up ... no one talks with respect
not even worth single star ..

Great view.. good ambience. Staff is good. Lighting in stage is little less. But the sunlight suffices.
Cons:
faced issues in Buffet system. Wasn't organised well.
Also, welcome drink system is not good. They bring few glasses in a tray from ground floor to 3rd floor. When it's over, we have to run behind them to bring more. They hadn't prepared enough drinks, and we had to force them to give more. So , please ask them to give welcome drink in one or two big vessels to 3rd floor.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Party hall is decent but the dining area is very bad. Have a look at the photo and check the soap they have provided, you will never dare to wash your hands with it. Can't they provide a hand wash? At least during this pandemic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was small party hall. Maximum it may accommodate 100 people. Food will be served at terrace .There will be heavy wind in terrace and there is no barricade to stop , wind is heavy and will blow all plates and banana leaves put for serving food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I liked this hall.. its very good for one day function, somewhere upto 100 people can easily fit it. The hall is at 3rd floor and rite on top of this hall on terrace they ll allow you to arrange for food. The terrace is not a open terrace but has a shed and fits in atleast 30-40 people on table in one go. The party hall is with AC which is very useful during deep summers.
